Role Overview:

You’ll create and implement bold sales strategies that capture new markets while strengthening existing client relationships, all while inspiring your team to deliver their best.

What You’ll Do:

  • Develop and lead bold, data-driven sales strategies that accelerate revenue growth and market penetration.
  • Empower your team to exceed targets by providing strategic guidance, hands-on leadership, and fostering a culture of excellence.
  • Spearhead initiatives to identify new market opportunities and expand our customer base, leveraging both your market insight and BettSun’s innovative products.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with key clients, understanding their needs to deliver tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate across departments—product, engineering, marketing—to align sales strategies with business goals and ensure seamless execution.
  • Manage and optimize the sales pipeline, providing detailed analysis and forecasting to senior leadership.
  • Represent BettSun as a brand ambassador at industry events, conferences, and trade shows, positioning us as the go-to leader in energy solutions.
  • Mentor and inspire the sales team by offering growth opportunities, developing training programs, and recognizing high performance.

What It Takes:

  • 5+ years of proven experience in sales, with a track record of exceeding revenue targets and leading teams to success.
  • A creative, strategic mindset with a passion for developing innovative solutions to sales challenges.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a sales team toward collective goals.
  • Outstanding communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to build lasting relationships with clients and internal teams.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems, sales analytics, and data-driven decision-making.
  • Ability to adapt quickly to a fast-paced environment and juggle multiple priorities with ease.

Bonus Skills:

  • Experience in the renewable energy, tech, or B2B sectors.
  • Knowledge of inverter and battery technology or similar industries.
  • Familiarity with scaling sales in international markets.
