Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Installation Engineer to join our team at BettSun. In this role, you’ll be responsible for overseeing the installation, configuration, and maintenance of our advanced battery inverter systems across various industrial and commercial sites. You’ll work closely with our technical team to ensure that all installations meet high standards of quality, efficiency, and safety.

What You’ll Do:

• Manage and execute the installation of battery inverter and charger systems for clients, ensuring timely and efficient completion.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and clients to understand site requirements and develop customized installation plans.
• Conduct system configuration, testing, and troubleshooting during and after installations.
• Provide technical support and training to customers on how to operate and maintain BettSun’s solutions.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and company procedures.
• Prepare detailed reports and documentation post-installation, highlighting system performance and any further recommendations.
• Conduct site inspections and assessments to verify that conditions meet the technical requirements for installation.
• Continuously update your knowledge on BettSun’s product lines and new technologies.

What It Takes:

• 3+ years of experience in system installation or a similar technical field, preferably with battery or inverter systems.
• Strong hands-on experience with electrical installations, system configurations, and troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with industry standards and best practices for electrical safety and installation.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and under pressure.
• Strong communication skills to interact with clients, project teams, and stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel to client sites and work in various field environments.

Bonus Skills:

• Experience with solar energy systems or renewable energy solutions.
• Familiarity with automation, remote monitoring, and control systems.
• Knowledge of relevant electrical codes and certifications.
