Role Overview:
We are looking for a driven and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team. As a Sales Associate at BettSun, you will be at the forefront of connecting customers with our cutting-edge energy solutions. You will play a crucial role in generating leads, nurturing relationships, and driving sales growth for our advanced battery inverter products.

What You’ll Do:

  • Engage with potential customers to understand their energy needs and introduce them to BettSun’s product offerings.
  • Generate and qualify leads through direct outreach, email campaigns, and networking.
  • Assist in managing the entire sales cycle, from initial contact to closing deals and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Provide product demonstrations and detailed explanations of how BettSun’s solutions can meet customer needs.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and technical teams to ensure consistent messaging and a seamless customer experience.
  • Track and report sales performance, customer feedback, and market trends to the sales manager.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor on energy solutions.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and BettSun’s product developments to provide informed recommendations.

What It Takes:

  • 1-2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or a similar role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with customers and build relationships.
  • A passion for technology and an interest in sustainable energy solutions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple leads, and meet sales targets.
  • Team-oriented mindset with the ability to collaborate across departments.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software to manage leads and sales activities.

Bonus Skills:

  • Experience in the energy sector, particularly in battery, inverter, or renewable energy products.
  • Familiarity with B2B sales and lead generation strategies.
  • Technical aptitude to understand and explain BettSun’s product features.
