12V to 48V Driving Charge
This 1KW model supports a driving charge mode from 12V to 48V. It efficiently manages the energy flow from a 12V vehicle generator to a 48V auxiliary battery, ensuring balanced and seamless charging during vehicle operation.
48V to 12V Emergency Charge
In emergencies, the 1KW charger provides a bidirectional energy flow, transferring power from the 48V auxiliary battery to the 12V original vehicle battery. This function ensures continued operation when the 12V battery is low.
Precise Voltage Control
The 1KW model utilizes microprocessor control for accurate voltage and current management, with input voltage ranging from 50V to 100V on the 48V vehicle generator side. The microprocessor prevents overcharging and ensures optimal charging performance.
Fast Charging Capability
The 1KW charger supports fast charging, delivering a current of up to 60A on the 48V energy storage battery side and up to 90A on the 12V vehicle battery side. It ensures efficient power delivery even in demanding conditions.
High Protection Rating
This model includes an IP68 rating for dustproof, shockproof, and temperature protection. It can withstand temperatures from -20°C to +55°C, making it ideal for extreme weather conditions and rugged environments.
Natural Cooling with Efficient Heat Dissipation
